And…Done.

Chapter 13 is now posted.

’Bout time, huh? ^_^

Actually, it should have been posted a day earlier. I spent all yesterday morning and half the afternoon re-writing the script that converts the plain-text version of a chapter to HTML. (It needed a face-lift to handle the “new” HTML template that I switched to a couple of months ago.) Then one final read-through of the chapter—during which I changed more than I expected. One final spell-check. Add the pre-readers’ names. And so forth. Then it was finally ready, and I went to upload it…and found that my ISP's FTP servers weren’t accepting connections any more. Gah!

But they're working again today, so the chapter is up. I still haven't posted it to Fanfiction.net, but I'll get to that sometime later today. FFNet gets the lowest priority because of the way they butcher people’s stories without notification.

And now I'm out of excuses for not working on chapter 14…! Oh, well. ’Bout time I started working seriously on that, too, huh?

Thank you so much for posting!!

Now...that just made me so incredibly sad. Not sad because it was bad (so well written and well worth the wait!) but because it was so good but, at the same time, not at all what I expected!

Oh, my goodness! Thank you!!! I think I've been following this story for at least seven years now... and it's honestly well worth the wait.

But you're SO cruel! I don't want to give spoilers, but some of the things you are doing to the characters who are reincarnated are just terribly cruel! And the things you hinted at but never told us about that one senshi-- cruel! Cruel cruel cruel! And the fact that I got so worked up over the former is only a testament to your incredible writing skill.

Look forward to seeing you again next year! ;)

... sorry about the delete. I realize what I'd written made zero sense!

Oh my god. OH MY GOD.

*SPOILERS for anyone who hasn't read it yet*

The scene between Usagi and Rei broke my heart. You made me cry. Seriously.
And the rest of the chapter is wonderful too! Just when I was thinking that it would be really interesting if the original senshi showed up and met their counterparts, you actually wrote that! So Michiru was reborn without Haruka? That's so sad.:(
And the stuff about Iku is really intriguing...somehow I was very much reminded of Hotaru, not sure if it's intentional or not.
I can't wait for the enxt chapter!

SPOILER ALERT!

Cosign on what almutrockbar said. What I found telling is that when the new senshi met their counterparts, Dhiti *did not* meet Ami. And, omg, Iku. I want to hug her.
