Chapter 12 now posted

Done. It's posted, on the home page and to the FFML.

I still have grave doubts about some parts of it—particularly the ending—but I think at some point I just have to give in and say that it's as good as I'm going to get it any time soon. No doubt it'll go the way of earlier chapters: in a year or two I'll be able to see exactly what's wrong with it, and do something about it.

Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

In the meantime, enjoy…and, of course, I'd be grateful for any commentary you may have to offer.

*Is Hyperventalating* NOOOOOOO!
You can't just leave us with that aweful cliffhanger! Please write quickly. This is the single best piece of writing on the web. You are better than Naoko Takeuchi. Sailor Moon 4200 is wonderful! Does Tsukamoto Akira (Isn't he the guy who thought roses were chalengling him to a duel?) have anything to do Tuxedo Mack or the Kisenean Blossom?

There is a thread on ASMR to discuss this again and see if we can figure out where Angus is going with this.

Bad Angus! Stopping at the best moment and then leaving us for months without sufficient knowledge to satisfy our cravings!

Darn, I was hoping you'd post it by Thanksgiving so I could make some cute comment about how I had something to be thankful for. As it is, I'm afraid I have to curse you for posting this on a day when I'm trying to get as much work done on a paper as I can motivate myself to do.

Curse you, Angus.

Damn.. I'll have to wait until the holidays to read it, I am just suffocating under a big pile of homework right now and until christmas for sure.. :(

You guys should try and save the spoilers for emails, if it ever crosses your mind to go "OMG.. I love when this happens!" haha. ;)

I don't know what effect you were aiming for with the ending, but it did send a thrilling tingle up my spine.

However, I'd have to concur with everyone else's sentiments: you're evil for leaving us hanging like that.

SM4200 is the best SM fanfic I've read. Period. Does that help with the incentive to keep writing and produce the remaining chapters quickly?

When the lights turned off, I was like 'hell yeah!' I wasn't expecting HIM though. Man! I'm so in love with this story Angus. I'm freaking out now wanting to know what's going to happen.

Keep writing! We love it.

Tracking senshi aura/signature with technology is one thing, being able to completely negate and disable them with technology is something else. That collar device might feasibly be updatable to a more lethal and efficient weapon from Q division that could limit the usefulness of the heroines quite a bit.

*GREAT* update, Angus. Although, that was pretty mean of you to leave us with such a delectable cliffhanger.

I'm betting that it is Kin and Liam who are Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. I had initally thought that Bendis ( in her human form) would be Sailor Moon, but now I'm convinced that is Kin and Liam.

It's weird that I bring this up now, but I think the old senshi would have benefited from having Sailor Saturn around during Crystal Fall. I bet that she could have destroyed the Enemy (at the cost of her life)in order to allow Serenity to rebuilt Crystal Tokyo. And, now, if the new Sailor Moon finds the Ginzhousou (Silver Crystal, I can't spell), the crystal terrors might reappear and Saturn might be an asset to have if the shit litterally hits the fan.

Anyway, I can't wait until the next update and continue on this fantabulous epic.

for the person that said the thing about how saturn mighta been able to save them

there 2 things i always thought

!. Angus made Saturn the one to choose to live a normal life because he knew the story would be very difficult if not even saturn could destroy the enemy, that would make it almost invincible and the future senshi would have absoluely no chance of beating it

but

I also think maybe not. A sailor moon tradition is that each enemy they face is much stronger than the last. Since the last was Gaxalia and Saturn couldn't beat Gaxalia with her Slience Glaive Surprise (even though she didn't actually TRY) there's a good chance that The current enemy wouldn't beat defeated either. I dunno, only angus can answer that.
