Yes he does. O.o The most I've done is add up all of the pages, but the words? Aiieee.
You should put a little spot on the main story page with your updated statistics. ^_^ We can put bets on each subsequent chapter and how many words it'll have.

The things a programmer gets up to when he has an idle Saturay morning. ^_^ The program only took an hour or so to write and debug.
